This notice describes how the Free Starter Pack form works and how to contact us about your information.

Details you give us

To open the Free Starter Pack, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number. We record the date of your submission and whether you checked the separate box for promotional email. The box is optional.

How the form works

We save those details to record your request and then set a browser cookie that lets you reopen the Starter Pack for 30 days. The cookie contains a random access token; it does not contain your name, email, or phone number. We currently do not send an automated email or text message when you submit the form.

Marketing choice

We record whether you chose to receive AI Business GPS promotional email. Leaving the box unchecked does not block access to the free guide. When the email program is connected, we share the first and last name and email address of people who checked the box with Brevo to send welcome and follow-up emails. The phone number is not sent to Brevo. You can unsubscribe from those emails using the link in each message. We do not treat the form as consent to promotional text messages.

Who handles the details

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, and submitted details are stored in its site database. The AI Business GPS owner can view or export the submissions through a sign-in protected page. Purchases and affiliate applications open on Payhip, which handles information submitted on its own pages under its own policies.

Support messages

If you use our support form, we store your name, email address, subject, message, and submission date so we can respond. The site owner can review those messages through a sign-in protected page. We do not add support messages to the promotional email list unless you separately opt in through the Starter Pack form.

Retention and requests

The site does not currently delete submissions automatically. To ask about your details or request a correction or deletion, Contact support. We will review your request and any records that must be kept for legitimate business or legal reasons.
